Tri Vananda milestones
From the Active Movement Studio in November 2021 to Phase One in full operation in February 2022 and the Health Resort groundbreaking on 27 September 2024.

What was built and opened on the estate
A new villa takes about 12–16 months from order; we confirm the timing in writing. A built villa, when one is available, is the quickest way in.
- Health Resort
Groundbreaking of the Health Resort by Clinique La Prairie
On 27 September 2024 ground was broken for the resort's pillars and its 70 wellness pool villas; the opening is announced for 2026.
The permaculture farm and compost areas were expanded
In March 2022 the farm that supplies the estate's restaurants grew, with new beds and compost areas.
Phase One went into full operation
In February 2022 the first private lake and forest pool villas, between the permaculture farm and the solar-powered Community House, went into full operation.
The Tweenie Club was completed
In January 2022 the children's club designed by AvroKO was completed in the Community House.
The bike trails were completed
In December 2021 the trails linking the Community House, the PRU JAMPA farm and the villas were completed.
The Active Movement Studio opened
In November 2021 the studio opened with a Technogym Biocircuit.

VANA 3 and VANA 4 show villas were built on the estate; we tell you which can be visited and which are still available when you write.
- Built to order
Your layout on your plot, about 12–16 months from order to keys; we confirm the timing in writing.
- Leasehold or freehold
Most plots are leasehold, and a freehold plot has also been offered. We send the terms of both in writing.

Every villa comes fully furnished and equipped, so the price already covers the interiors.

The Tri Vananda Branded Rental Program lets your villa when you are away, run with Trisara's branded-residence know-how. We send the programme terms in writing.

A villa built to order takes about 12–16 months from order; we confirm the timing in writing.
- 05Health Resort access
Ask us about resident access to the Health Resort by Clinique La Prairie; we send what is offered in writing.
